Questions about pricing
Who counts toward the number of employees?
Everyone you add to the organization in Rektor: employees, managers, and administrators. Owners do not count, so an owner with four employees is on the Starter plan.
What happens when I add staff?
The price adjusts automatically with your team size. At each renewal, we base the price on the number of employees that day, so you never have to switch plans. If the team exceeds 20 people, we negotiate custom pricing with you.
How does the trial work?
You get 14 days with all features and can send as many offers as you want. No credit card required. We'll remind you two days before the trial ends. If anyone from the crew has been added or you have created a project or offer, you'll receive an invoice monthly after that, unless you cancel. Otherwise, the trial expires without an invoice.
Is there any commitment?
No. You can cancel your subscription at any time and retain access through the period you have paid for. You can download your data before you cancel.
