What Rektor can do for you
Rektor can't handle everything in the system, but here's what you can ask it in plain language:
- Offers and ProjectsCreate an offer, request, or project without an offer, add line items to an unsent offer, manually accept an offer, add extra work, and send an offer to a customer.
- SchedulingChange estimated dates, including based on how many working days the project takes, assign staff to projects and vehicles, replace a staff member on leave, book and reschedule inspections, and create or terminate service contracts.
- Costs and ChecklistRecord costs to a project directly from an attached receipt, with markup, and the receipt is saved with it. Add checklist tasks to a project, individually or from a template.
- Time Tracking and Time OffLog, edit, and delete sessions, approve or reject time off requests, and log time off.
- SettingsChange organization and app settings, such as overtime rates, clock-in methods, and which projects staff see in the app.
- InvoicingRecord payment on a sent invoice and change the invoice status. If DK or Payday is connected, they can also send invoices and expenses to accounting and credit invoices in DK.
Nothing changes until you confirm
When you ask Rektor to perform an action, a confirmation card appears awaiting your approval instead of executing immediately. The card shows exactly what will be done.

Speak, review, send
What you say turns into text in the input field. Nothing is sent until you hit send, giving you a chance to edit beforehand.

Files, organization, and memory
Rektor works with more than just text. It reads the documents you provide and takes context into account when making suggestions.
- Attach photos, PDFs, Word documents, CSV, Excel, or Numbers files, such as a price list, specification, or drawing.
- Ask Rektor for the data in Excel, such as all active projects with amounts, and download a ready-made file directly from the chat.
- Send Rektor a work schedule in Excel and it creates the jobs as projects, with descriptions, dates, and the staff assigned to work on them. You confirm before anything is saved.
- Send Rektor a file of past jobs and it creates them all as projects at once, each line with unit, price, and VAT from the file, so you don't need to set up your price list first. Recurring work, such as mowing every two weeks, becomes a single service contract instead of multiple projects.
- Send Rektor an employee list and it invites everyone to Rektor at once, with each person's role, pay, and language on a single confirmation card.
- When suggesting when a project should start, it takes into account staff bookings, approved time off, and local weather forecasts up to 16 days ahead.
- Rektor knows your organization from the data in every chat, such as which units you use most, and remembers what you specifically ask it to remember.
Privacy
Before your question and the data Rektor retrieves are sent to the AI model, personal information is replaced with identifiers. The actual values are restored in the response you see.
- This applies to employee and customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and national ID numbers.
