Time Clock

Geofence automatic time tracking

Inaccurate time tracking is expensive and nobody wants to manually track employee hours. Rektor uses a 200m geofence around each project site to track hours automatically.

Workers just need their phone in their pocket. Rektor reminds them to clock in and out, records the location at each punch, and alerts you if someone leaves early.

Workers don't need to remember anything — their phone handles it. You stop making phone calls to check if people showed up, and you find out about problems the same day instead of next week.

  • 200m geofence around each site
  • Automatic clock-in reminders when arriving on site
  • Instant alerts when someone leaves early
  • No GPS tracking outside work zones except clock-in and clock-out locations are recorded — privacy respected

How it works

1

Automatic geofence

Each project site gets a 200m geofence. When an employee enters the zone, they get a notification to clock in. No manual setup needed per visit.

2

Smart notifications

Employees get reminded to clock in when they arrive and to clock out when they leave. If someone leaves site early or in the middle of the day, you get notified immediately.

3

Privacy respected

No tracking outside the geofence zone, except clock-in and clock-out locations are recorded. Rektor only checks presence within the 200m radius of the project site.
