Delegate Projects to subcontractors for a commission. The subcontractor prepares the Offer, you approve it before it goes to the customer, and both track the job through completion.
When you bring a subcontractor onto a project, most details get lost in text messages and phone calls. In Rektor, the request, pricing, and status are in one place, and both organizations see the same thing.

How it works
Two organizations, one project
Both organizations use Rektor. You find the partner organization in Rektor and invite them to connect, and as soon as they accept, you can select them as a subcontractor.
- The subcontractor works on the same Project as you, so nothing needs to be re-entered.
Project assignment
The main contractor assigns an entire Project to a subcontractor. The subcontractor can view the Project before responding, so they know what they are taking on.
- If the subcontractor declines, they can state why, and you can forward the job to another Organization.
- Either organization can end the collaboration on the project. The general contractor takes it back and the subcontractor's team is removed from it.
Two types of commission
The general contractor receives a commission on the job. It is locked in once the subcontractor confirms and does not change after that.

- % of ProfitThe general contractor receives a share of revenue minus costs.
No offer goes out without the general contractor's approval
The subcontractor prepares the offer for the client on an assigned project, but does not send it directly. The general contractor reviews it first.
- The offer is sent to the client under the general contractor's name, with their logo and details.
Subcontractors can also offer projects
The workflow works both ways. A subcontractor can offer their own project to a connected general contractor and continue working on it as their subcontractor.
What each organization sees and does
The subcontractor manages the job day to day, and the general contractor stays informed without having to call.
- The subcontractor's staff clocks in and logs progress in the app just like on their own projects.
- The general contractor sees the project's status and progress as soon as it is logged.
- The general contractor controls whether the subcontractor can read and reply to customer messages.
