Service Contracts
Send an offer for recurring services, like weekly or monthly, with a price per visit. Rektor takes care of scheduling the visits.
You send the offer once, and all upcoming visits are automatically placed on the timeline. You don't have to recreate the same offer month after month, and no visit gets missed.

How it works
Frequency and duration
You mark an Offer as a Service contract and choose how often the service is provided, such as every 2 weeks or 3 months, and whether the contract is open-ended, for a specific number of Visits, or until a specific date.
Per-visit pricing
The units on the contract reflect what is done during each visit, with the price specified per Visit.
One-time approval
The customer receives a service offer by email with a PDF and a link to a page where they approve the entire contract at once.
- Approval requires the payer's national ID, and the confirmation states how many Visits will be scheduled.
- The accepted contract is saved as a PDF with the contract documents, stamped with the name, ID number, and time of approval.
- After approval, the page shows the customer the last and next Visit, as well as the progress of the current Visit.
Inspection and chat with the client
Book an Inspection with the client before sending the contract. They confirm the time with one click, and you discuss the contract in chat in one place.
Visits are created automatically
As soon as the contract is approved, each Visit becomes its own Project on the Timeline, spaced at the correct intervals.
- You can convert an accepted Project into a Service contract. The Project becomes the first Visit, and the other Visits are created immediately.
- Add a checklist to the contract and each visit gets it automatically. Changes apply to visits that have not started.
- Rektor AI suggests what the team does on each visit, with estimated hours, based on the contract and site photos. You review and save.
Adjustable schedule
Contracts change. Update frequency, end date, details, and pricing without affecting what has already been completed or invoiced.
- The new price applies immediately to all remaining visits.
Billed per visit
In the visits overview, see what has been invoiced and bill a single visit or multiple visits together.
- A single Invoice for all selected Visits, sent directly to DK or Payday.
