Site DiaryA diary that writes itself
Everything that happens on site goes into the diary as it happens: who clocked in, what was done, the day's photos, comments, when the job started and when an invoice was issued.
Select a date range and download the project log as a PDF, ready to send to the client, inspector, or insurance company.

What you get
- Clock-ins grouped per day with headcount and hours
- Photos and notes from the app are filed on the right day
- Status changes: job started, completed, reopened
- PDF report for the selected period with totals
How it works
What gets logged automatically
No one needs to write in the log. It populates automatically from activity in the app and the web dashboard, organized by day with the most recent days on top.
- Each day's Sessions in a single line with staff count and hours, along with staff notes and photos.
- When a session is edited, deleted, or split, it appears in the log, making retroactive corrections fully traceable.
Project comments
Comments are strictly for the organization and are never visible to the customer. Managers choose who can see each comment, and they appear in the log.
- Employees write comments from the app on projects they are assigned to, and the project manager receives a notification on the web.
Project Log in PDF
Each Project has its own logbook that you export as a PDF project log, for example for clients or inspectors.
- For each day: a table with staff, times, and hours, the day's progress, staff notes, and photos.
- The document is intended for the customer, so internal data like notes, offers, and invoices are not included.
