Requests by emailFrom email to offer
Requests easily get lost in your inbox. Rektor gives you an email address for requests, and every email received becomes a request, complete with the customer's name, email, phone number, project address, and any attached photos.
Then, Rektor reads the request and suggests the next step. When the job can be priced, it creates a draft offer, priced the way you usually price and based on similar offers you've sent. You review the draft and send the offer.
What you get
- A dedicated email address that receives requests from your website and forwarded email
- Customer details, address, and photos recorded automatically
- Draft offer, priced like your previous offers
- Customer replies are added to the same request
How it works
Requests come straight in
Rektor gives you an email address for requests. Route your website's contact form to it or forward emails from customers, and every email becomes a request in Rektor.
- The customer's name, ID number, email, and phone number, as well as the project address, are parsed from the email and recorded, including from website request forms.
- Rektor also reads what work is being requested, such as the type of work, scope, and timing, and the request is named after the work.
- If the customer is already registered in Rektor, the request is linked to them instead of creating a new customer.
- Photos and drawings attached to the email are saved with the request.
- If the customer replies, the response is added to the same request instead of creating a new one.
- You receive a notification for every new request, so none get lost in your inbox.
Draft offer
Rektor reads each new request and suggests the next step, such as a priced draft offer.
- Drafts are priced just like you normally price—whether that's a fixed price, units from your price list, or hourly work—based on similar offers you've sent. You review them before anything goes to the customer.
- With a single click, the line items and work description transfer to the offer, where you can edit everything before sending it.
- If the project needs an inspection first, Rektor suggests booking one, and if information is missing, it drafts a reply to the customer.
