How it works
Inspection booked in a minute
A new inspection only needs a date, time, and address or customer name. Everything else is optional, so you can book while the customer is still on the phone.
- Find the address via search, and the location appears on a map in the inspection.
- Rektor finds customers you have previously registered and fills in the details, so a repeat customer is not registered twice.
The client confirms the time
The client receives a suggested time by email, in your organization's name, and confirms it with one click. You can immediately see on the Inspection whether the time is confirmed.
- If the time doesn't work, the client writes in the chat what suits better. Rektor reads the time from the message, and you move the Inspection there with a single click.
- While the Inspection is upcoming, the client's link opens it first, and the Offer is just one click away.
- The client sees when, where, and who is coming, and adds the Inspection directly to Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.
- You get notified as soon as the client replies.
On the timeline with projects
Inspections appear on the timeline alongside projects, giving you a full view of the week in one place.
- Drag an Inspection on the Timeline to reschedule it, and send the client the new time.
From inspection to offer
The inspection is linked to the project, so the offer picks up where the inspection left off.
- The title and customer details carry over, so nothing is entered twice.
- An Inspection can also be booked on a service contract, for example to inspect the garden before sending the contract.
